Apparently a law firm in Chicago specializing in debt collection hopes to file a class-action suit against LabCorp for allegedly inflating patient co-payments.



PARIS -(Dow Jones)- French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi-Aventis SA (SNY) said Monday a New York district court has dismissed a class action lawsuit against the company concerning its diet drug Zimulti.



The Fountain Valley Modern Technology School was hit with a class action complaint for allegedly misrepresenting the accreditation of its Ultrasound program.

NEW YORK — The Brualdi Law Firm, P.C. announces that a lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on behalf of purchasers of Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. stock during the period between February 21, 2008, through February 25, 2009 for violations of the federal securities laws.



The lawsuits were brought against the company in 2007 after it emerged that it had overvalued its berry stocks, causing hefty pre-tax write-downs.
