Medis Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:MDTL) today announced that Hon. Paul A. Crotty, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York, has granted defendants’ motion to dismiss a putative class action initiated against Medis and its CEO, among others. The Court also ordered the case to be closed.
